My stay at the hotel was quite interesting. The rooms were spacious with large windows offering a view of a beautiful grassy area where wildlife could be seen frequently. However, some bugs easily entered the room, which was a bit of a downside. The service was fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff, including Claudio the rooster. The location was stunning, surrounded by jungle grounds and close to the Puma rescue reserve. The dining experience was simple but tasty, offering a buffet of tropical fruit and homemade breads. Overall, a unique experience with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. Being surrounded by nature with deers and 'guatuso' roaming freely made the park-like setting truly magical. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with dark wood and stone washed walls, luxurious leather and wood chairs on my own patio, offering a serene view of the large garden. The tranquil location, easily accessible from the highway, added to the charm of this place.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although quiet and well-equipped with separate A/C units, could use an update as the furniture looked tired. The service, while accommodating and friendly, raised concerns with afternoon pesticide spraying that seemed contrary to environmental values. The remote location, nestled in stunning jungle grounds, was ideal for visiting national parks but inconvenient for dining options. The dining experience was delightful with a great breakfast selection. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.
